The portfolio is evidence that you can apply biomedical science knowledge safely in real practice. It is not simply a collection of essays or certificates. The verifier and training officer need to see that you can recognise risks, follow appropriate procedures, communicate effectively, use professional judgement and explain how your actions protect patients and service users.
