1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. They can help a website work, remember choices, understand how it is used or support content and advertising.
This policy also covers similar technologies, including pixels, tags, scripts, local storage and online identifiers, where they store information on or access information from your device.
Some cookies are set by LabPathPro and are called first-party cookies. Others are set by services used on the website, such as Google or YouTube, and are called third-party cookies.
2. How LabPathPro uses cookies
- Strictly necessary cookies support security, website administration, consent choices and functions requested by the visitor. They cannot be switched off through the consent panel because the website needs them to provide the relevant function.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors find and use LabPathPro so we can improve its content and performance. LabPathPro uses Google Analytics measurement ID
G-VPG0CC92XD. - Functional and embedded-media cookies may be used when displaying or interacting with videos, social-media posts or feeds from providers such as YouTube, Facebook or Instagram.
- Advertising cookies may be used if Google AdSense is enabled in the future. They can support advert delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement and, where selected, personalisation.
LabPathPro does not sell cookie data. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact-form contents, patient information or confidential workplace information to Google Analytics or advertising services.

4. Google Analytics, embedded content and advertising
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand matters such as popular pages, approximate visitor location, device type, referring source and how visitors move through the website. The reports available to LabPathPro are used to improve the website and its educational content. Google Analytics cookies are optional on LabPathPro.
Embedded content: A YouTube video, Facebook post, Instagram post or other embedded item can behave as though you visited the provider’s own website. If you allow and load that content, the provider may receive technical information and details of your interaction. If you are signed in to the provider, it may associate the interaction with your account. Each provider is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Google AdSense: If advertising is introduced, Google and selected advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect adverts. This may include personalised advertising only where the required choice has been obtained. Non-personalised adverts may still use cookies or similar technologies for matters such as frequency control, reporting and fraud prevention.

5. How to manage cookies
When the consent banner is shown, you can:
- accept all optional cookies;
- reject all optional cookies; or
- manage individual cookie categories.
You can later change or withdraw your choice using the Cookie Settings link in the LabPathPro footer. Withdrawing consent does not remove cookies already stored on your device, so you may also wish to delete them through your browser settings.
Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies for individual websites. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some requested functions from working correctly. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Browser or provider controls do not replace the choices available through LabPathPro’s consent panel.

We may update this policy when website features, providers, cookie durations or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with a revised review date.
